Revir does not sell or commercially share personal data. Customer data remains within the customer’s AWS environment, accessible only to authorized users designated by the customer. Revir may access data only when required to provide support, and always under contractual and security controls. Data is not shared with third parties.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Revir does not own, control, or keep your personal data. All digital evidence and related personal data processed through Scout is managed and retained according to the customer's policies and instructions within the customer's AWS account.
Your rights to your personal data
Because Revir acts as a service provider, data rights requests (access, correction, deletion, or restriction) should be directed to the customer agency that owns and controls the data.
Disclosures for US residents
Revir complies with applicable U.S. privacy and data protection laws. Revir does not sell personal information as defined by state privacy statues. Customer data is processed only within customer-controlled environments. Revir implements technical and organizational safegaurds aligned with CJIS, FedRAMP, and other government security standards to protect personal information.
